Description: Watt is a Li'l Sparky (or the daughter of one, which would make her a "Micro Sparky") with blushing cheeks and a bright blue pacifier.
Personality:Watt is still very young, and her personality reflects. She stutters on her words and is a bit shy, but she can also be curious and act a bit silly. She has a knack to remind you of something, and can over-state the obvious at times.
After studying for some time, I did determine that the blue bulb-ish object on her face is a pacifier and not a nose, like I originally thought. The fact that it wiggles every time she talks (as if she's moving the pacifier aside her mouth to form words), its height on her face (too low), the fact that previous Sparkies and Li'l Sparkies don't have them (Super Mario World, if you don't know where), and that when I tried drawing a Sparky with the bulb as a nose it turned out really bad, brings me to say it's "snot" the nose.
Watt's attacks focus far more on status-changing effects (namely paralyzing and boosting strength), though her one attack that does damage is the only unaffected by defensive qualities of an enemy, making her very valuable in the long run.
And contrary to what it says on the menu when you hit a Super Block (He'll learn blah blah blah), Watt is indeed female.
